Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

Note: Items such as personalized or custom-made products are non-returnable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.
